In parallel, Pawan has played a behind-the-scenes role in over $500 million in capital raises across Regulation A+, Reg D 506(b), 506(c), and Reg CF offerings. His insights into investor behavior, data flows, and conversion bottlenecks have helped clients unlock an additional $5M–$10M in capital per raise by optimizing campaign strategy, messaging, and automation.
